Small Taiwan Pomelo

The Ruishui Heguang Wendan Pomelo is a premium Taiwanese pomelo variety grown in the scenic mountain region of Hualien, Taiwan. Known for its “好山好水好滋味” – good mountains, good water, good taste – this region provides the ideal environment for cultivating high-quality citrus fruits.

These Wendan pomelos are harvested from 老欉 (old pomelo trees), which produce fruit with exceptional flavour complexity, richer aroma, and a naturally balanced sweetness. The fruit is sweet, juicy, and mildly tangy, with a refreshing citrus fragrance and no bitterness, unlike other grapefruit-like citrus varieties.

Its firm yet tender flesh is less watery than typical pomelos, and the flavour intensifies as it ripens – making it a delicious and refreshing choice during the citrus season.

STORAGE

Pomelos can be kept at room temperature for a week or refrigerated for up to a month. Keep out of direct sunlight and extreme heat.
Once peeled and cut, pomelo will last up to 2 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
