Taiwan Ai Wen Mango

Irwin, also known as Taiwan Ai Wen mango, has a great fragrant and sweet smell with flesh that is exquisite with candy-like sweetness! When mature, the fruit is renowned for its eye-catching smooth rich red blush and golden colour, similar to an apple. As a result, this mango is often referred to as an apple mango.

STORAGE

Ai Wen Mangoes should be stored at room temperature for a few days, away from direct sunlight, until it ripens. Until the bottom of the fruit is red and there is some stickiness around the fruit head, you know it's the greatest flavour. They can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days if they are ripe.
