Sugar Mango

The sugar mangoes, also known as the baby mangoes, are considered the best variety available in Colombia and are prized for their taste and fragrance. They are oval, small and juicy mangoes that are perfect for one serving portion. They are extremely sweet and juicy, with just a hint of acidity near the inner core. They are known for their non-fibrous flesh that melts in the tongue. 

STORAGE

When the mango ice cream is entirely ripe, it should give to light pressure. As a result, they should be refrigerated to prevent further ripening.
