Passion Fruit

The purple passion fruit is slightly smaller than the yellow passion fruit and is perhaps the only fruit that tastes best when wrinkled. The skin of the passion fruit is waxy and thick. Inside the fruit are tiny, crunchy, edible black seeds surrounded by a yellow to orange sac containing the pulp, a watery, slippery, orange liquid. This nutrient-rich fruit has a tropical and floral, sweet and sour taste and is incredibly fragrant. STORAGE
