Description
xLily mango is a variant of Arum Manis mango (a popular kind of mango in Indonesia that literally translates as fragrant and sweet) that may be fairly tasty if harvested at the appropriate time and in the right way. The Lily mango is of exceptional fresh premium quality, with a lovely tropical flavour. Its flesh is incredibly juicy, sweet, and somewhat fibrous, making it one of the best mangoes you will ever taste.
STORAGE
Unripe mangoes should not be refrigerated since the cold stops the ripening process. When the mango is fully ripe, store it in the refrigerator for up to five days. Alternatively you can place mangoes in a paper bag with another ripe fruit, such as an apple or banana, to speed up the ripening process.
FUN FACTS & TIPS
Did you know that the mango-avocado can be peeled and eaten in the same way as an avocado can. If it isn't ripe, it will be difficult to peel, similar to an avocado.
