The flesh beneath the dark olive-green skin is sweet and candy-like, with fruity, sweet berry, and tropical overtones. It has delicate, tender, and watery flesh with a green and golden yellow hue and little black seeds. There is a bright crimson sunburst similar to a red iris in the centre of the flesh. STORAGE
