Peeled Jackfruit

Introducing our conveniently packaged and vacuum-sealed jackfruit without the thick rough rind. The jackfruit is a stringy texture meat that may be eaten raw or cooked in a variety of munchies and sweet meals. Depending on how ripe it is, this tropical fruit's flavour alternates between sweet and savoury. When fully mature, it tastes similar to other tropical fruits such as banana, mango, and pineapple.

STORAGE

Allow the jackfruit to ripen on the counter. When fully ripe, it should give slightly when pressed. Then wrap the sliced fruit in plastic wrap or the yellow flesh in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

For centuries, mankind have used the roots of the jackfruit tree to make medications to treat various diseases. Fever, asthma, and diarrhoea are among the frequent diseases that they are supposed to cure. In mosquito and bug-infested locations, the roots are often used to cure pest bites. The jackfruit tree's leaves have also been shown to contain latex, which heals oral ulcers when in contact.
