Green Skin Tangerine

Thai Tropical Tangerines (Bang Mot Tangerines) are unusual as they have green skins as opposed to bright orange ones you are used to seeing when ripe. The skin is very much thinner, green, and easier to peel. Thai tangerines are very sweet and low on acid, which makes for a smooth and sweet drink.

STORAGE

Storing them at room temperature in a cool, dry place may keep them fresh for up to two weeks, but check on them every now and then and remove any that have gone mushy from the pile. If you have leftovers from room temperature storage that haven't been used within two weeks, refrigerate them as well to prolong their freshness.
