Big Golden Mango

The Thai Big Golden mango generally grows larger compared to other varieties and can weigh up to 800g - 1000g. Kim Leng mangoes turn from green to light yellow when ripe. The way to judge the ripeness of a kiwi is that it is edible when it starts to soften slightly. The Golden Dragon mango is sweet, juicy and its flesh is viscous.

STORAGE

Unripe rainbow mangoes should not be refrigerated since the cold stops the ripening process. When they are fully ripe, store it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
