Black Plum

The flesh of the black plum is dense and crunchy, without much juice, but sweet with a balanced flavour due to the long growing season. Its flavour is sweet-tart flavour with a hint of bitterness due to the black, waxy outer skin. Angelino is popular with growers because it is easy to store and transport.

STORAGE

Fully ripe sugar plums can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
