Nuo Mi Ci Lychees

China lychees has a sweet, floral flavour with hints of rose, pear, and strawberry. It has the squishiness of a grape, but it's a little stiffer. They have a leathery and scaly exterior shell that ranges in colour from green to brownish red. The flesh is semi-translucent, juicy, and and water-rich texture. 

STORAGE

If you purchase lychees fresh, keep them refrigerated once you get them home. Lychees, unlike certain tropical fruits such as avocados, mangoes, and bananas, do not mature after being plucked.
