The distinctive rosy red apple is not only is it too pretty to resist, it is also a high quality dessert apple variety that is both refreshing, delicately sweet and crisp. They are generally sweet with little acidity and some say they have a sweet, floral flavour reminiscent of rose water. They are a must have for all apple fans as their taste is often compared to Fuji apples.

 

STORAGE

Pacific Rose apple is mainly eaten fresh and is excellent for storage. We recommend keeping them in a cool, dark place to keep them crisp. It is best to keep apples fresh in separate plastic bags in the vegetable compartment of your refrigerator.
