STORAGE

Redhyang can spoil quickly in Singapore's humid weather, especially if they are moist. Therefore, make sure they dry completely before storing them in the refrigerator or in a well-ventilated place that is not too humid.

FUN FACTS & TIPS

Another trick to make your Redhyang last longer is to scrub the peels with baking soda and wash them thoroughly. Then, in a separate bowl, use vinegar or salt and water in a 1:10 ratio to rinse the mandarin oranges. Finally, dry them and make sure they do not contain moisture before placing them in the refrigerator.
