Each mango is spherical, with a cleft-like core kernal nestling in the centre like a peach. They're delicious and juicy, as well as fibreless. Making their texture very consistent to that of ice cream, with the greatest mango flavour and notes of vanilla and peach.
STORAGE
When the mango ice cream is entirely ripe, it should give to light pressure. As a result, they should be refrigerated to prevent further ripening.

Mango ice cream is best consumed pretty much immediately since the fruit ripens quickly. They taste best after an hour in the freezer. To eat the fruit, cut it through the centre around the little inner kernel, like you would an avocado. Separate the two parts by twisting it open. Scoop out the meat from the skin using a spoon.
