Raspberries

Driscoll's raspberries are a delectable fresh raspberries that is typically characterised as tart and sweet. They are less tart than blackberries and sometimes a bit sour, especially if picked somewhat unripe. The riper they are, the sweeter they taste and the richer their flavour. A breakfast of fresh raspberries and oatmeal, parfaits with Greek yoghourt, picnics and cake parties are all fantastic options.

STORAGE

Refrigerate raspberries in their original packaging, whether a punnet box or a cardboard berry box, to keep them as dry as possible. Since moisture promotes mould growth, any water left on the berries will accelerate their decomposition. Raspberries are very delicate. Clean them carefully with water before allowing the raspberries to come to room temperature before serving to bring out their natural flavour.
