These freshly harvested white corn come from the Cameron Highlands and are considered the best variety of corn. The colour of the kernels is determined by the presence or absence of pigment in the corn. It is said that white corn has the sweetest and juiciest creamy kernel, with a distinctly sweeter flavour than yellow corn.

 

STORAGE

It is advisable to store your sweet corn in the refrigerator as soon as you receive it. Otherwise, the water content will be lost over time, causing the sweetcorn to dry out. Therefore, sweetcorn should be consumed within a week of purchase.
